I forgot to wish everyone a happy day, and that everyone have a safe and memorable day. I was having too much fun, and completely forgot. I hope it was fantastic for everyone.
I spend the day being all over the place. First at my grandparents, then at home, and then with some friends. I spent the day being a busy bee, but it was definitely nice change of pace for me. I'm used to a lot of nothings in my days.
I think those are my favorite days. The days when I can spend hours chatting with my favorite people. It was really nice to spend some time with my parents as I miss them. I miss them even though I see them almost everyday. We don't do things anymore or talk as much as we used to.
I know this may sound really awful and morbid, but I know my time with them is getting shorter and shorter each day. I know that one day they won't be around, and it hurts me so very much. Even the thought of the day they will not be by my side makes me tear up. They aren't even gone yet, and I miss them already.
Let's just hope they live to be 100. It's my only wish.
I just love the holidays, and how they bring friends and family closer together. I love everyone in my life, and I love America too. I'm so glad I am here to enjoy the many great things in life especially the freedom I have to do as I please. :)
